CEO & Founder
Benedict Wong is the President & CEO of Total Credit & Risk Management Group, which he founded in 1987 along with Neil Wood. He has been involved in the credit, risk, and compliance management industry for the past 36 years, contributing to various articles, industry newsletters, and appearing in several television interviews. He has held various leadership positions, including Regional Director – Asia at GCS Group, Chairman of the Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association, and ACA International Asia-Pacific Director. He is an active member of several professional associations and has chaired various committees.
As one of the founders of the Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association, he worked to establish the highest standards and work practices in the industry and served as the first Chairman of the association from 2000 to 2010. He is currently a fellow member and member of the HKCCMA’s Executive Committee and Chairman of the Certification, Complaint, and Compliance Committee.

Gordon Yuen
Executive Vice PresidentGordon joined Total Credit in early 1992 and is an expert in debt collection and receivables. He has assisted in countless cases involving corporate and individual dectors, financial restructuring and arbitration/mediation between creditors and debtors. Gordon also specializes in commercial investigation including skip/asset tracing.
Peter Wong
Executive Vice DirectorPeter has extensive experience in international business development with an in-depth knowledge of corporate security and credit risk management with a focus on credit risk, due diligence, background verification and investigations. He has also been a speaker at various credit and risk management seminars in the region. He is a member of the HKCCMA’s Executive Committee and Chairman of the Public Relations Committee. He was also formerly Chief Compliance Officer at Total Credit & Risk Management Group, ASIAGATE Secretary and GCS Group’s Regional Director.
